If you decide to use your own suppliers in China, we can collaborate with them to ensure the products are manufactured according to your requirements.
Once your suppliers send the cargo to our warehouse, we will conduct quality inspections and arrange door-to-door logistics.
Service Fee: 5% of the product value, with a minimum fee of $100.
We will help you find the most suitable supplier in China, obtain quotations, and provide manufacturing solutions from the supplier, all free of charge.
After you are satisfied with the price and sample, you can place your order, and we will handle mass production, quality inspection, and door-to-door logistics.
HualiSourcing ensures product quality and provides free replacement or compensation to you if any quality issues should arise.
Service Fee: $0. All costs are included in the unit price of the product.
With Pro Plan, you purchase directly from HualiSourcing’s supplier network, and HualiSourcing guarantees product quality and compensates you in case of any quality issues.
With Basic Plan, you use your own supplier resources, and HualiSourcing negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.
Yes, you can. If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Basic Plan order for those you buy from your own suppliers and a Pro Plan order for those you buy from HualiSourcing’s suppliers.
For the Basic Plan, the minimum service fee is $100.
For both the Basic Plan and Pro Plan, when ordering multiple products, each should have a minimum purchase value of $500. However, we calculate this as an average across all items.
If the total order value divided by the number of products meets or exceeds $500 (e.g., $2,000 for four products), no additional handling fee applies.
If the total falls short and includes too many low-value items, a $25 handling fee per product will be charged for those below the minimum.
We can’t disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
By default, we provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 standards, regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues.
We can also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged separately and quoted accordingly.
